Bilingual Customer service representative/Call Center experience 1 or more years o High school diploma, or equivalent o Strong telephone skills including inbound and outbound calls, data entry skills o Articulate, customer focused and possess proper telephone etiquette o Demonstrated computer proficiency and the ability to maneuver and navigate between computer screens and programs Tasks and Responsibilities o Candidates may perform one or more of the following:
o Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
o Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
o Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff.
o Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff.
o Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
o Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.
o Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
