Position Summary :
The position is the primary merchandising resource in store and responsible for high volume product merchandising. This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity. The Store Rep may be assigned to one or multiple stores.

o Merchandize store shelving, coolers and displays with product, utilizing plan-o-grams and schematics
o Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf
o Transport products to and from the backroom
o Use equipment appropriate for the task to move product
o Display promotional material including shelf tags, signs and banners
o Keep back room stock in a neat and orderly condition
o Participate in service projects as trained / directed by your manager
o Communicate store issues to appropriate manager
o Build store and customer relationships
o Comply with operating procedures (record time in/out/in store & work performed)
o Ability to operate under minimal supervision
o Use hand held store and personal devices to receive/acknowledge work to be performed
o Reliable attendance

o Possess organizational skills, prioritizing requests and activities while managing frequent interruptions and attending to details to complete tasks within deadlines
o Embrace and support teamwork by listening to other's points of view, recognizing and appreciating different points of view
o Customer first orientation, greeting customers and answering questions in a friendly manner, proactively offering assistance and providing timely and accurate information
o Recognize and seek opportunities for improvement and continuous learning to gain better understanding and learning
o May perform other duties as assigned or required
Desired Education, Skills & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. Additional education a plus
Experience in a service industry a plus
Utilize technology - primarily personal devices (smartphones, tablets, PC's)
Good writing and communication skills
Ability to read and follow directions accuratelyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
