Position Summary
This position will be responsible for order fulfillment for customers as well as assisting other personnel in day-to-day operations and maintenance in all areas of the facility. Incumbent will accept assigned duties and directions from supervisor according to work load; work is checked frequently. This position involves putting forth effort to establish a cohesive work unit to assure adaptation into job rotation roles with optimal production results.
The incumbent is the entry-level of a four level Operations Worker ladder. The incumbent will be responsible for loading and unloading supplies and materials through the use of production machinery and heavy equipment. The incumbent must become familiar with various package sizes and pallet quantities. The incumbent must maintain the facility and work areas in a clean and orderly fashion, performing basic maintenance and routine cleaning duties as assigned. The incumbent must safely operate equipment at all times, and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

Organizational Relationship
The incumbent reports to either the Operations Supervisor or the Operations Manager along with the Production Specialists, the Operations Coordinators and the Operations/Maintenance Workers.

5. Operate various types of mobile equipment after participating in facility specific and mobile specific training.
6. Follow appropriate procedures to ensure safety, compliance and accuracy when loading/unloading products for customers.
7. Completes routine cleaning and maintains safe and orderly work areas throughout location/facility.
8. Administer basic mechanical maintenance in plant and on equipment, under supervisor s guidance.
Perform other related duties within the general job scope as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Job Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience:
Entry level = no experience required
Experience operating mobile equipment, a plus
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid driver s license
Additional Skills:
Basic math skills
General manual labor
Work in a team setting
Ability to work independently
Understand verbal and written instructions
Working Conditions
1. Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds.
2. Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet.
3. Works in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
4. Working conditions could include: dust, fumes and noise.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
