About us:
Smith & Smith Law office (established in 1999) is a growing boutique law firm practicing in exclusively family law including divorce, dissolution, custody, establishing father's rights, and adoption.
The associate will divide their time in our Maumee and Swanton locations and hold standard office hours from 9a-5p Monday-Friday with one hour break.
We offer paid holidays, paid time off, and medical insurance benefits.
Wage is dependent on experience.
We practice primarily in Fulton, Lucas, Wood, and Henry counties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
