The primary purpose of this job is to assure that all Human Resource functions follow applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained and employed.
Duties includes:
Ensures that the facility has qualified personnel available to provide the best service for resident comfort and convenience to include:
recruitment advertisement, interviews, credentialing, hiring, pre-employment testing, and orientation.
Payroll processing and related programs Termination of employment 401K program OSHA compliance Worker's Compensation program Personnel records management Employee benefits (i.
e.
, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K, etc.
) Leave of Absence management (i.
e.
, personal, medical, FMLA, etc.
) Responds to all requests for employee information (employment verifications, reference checks, etc.
) Develops and maintains written policies relating to Human Resources and employees Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information.
