This position requires a self-starter with the desire to learn and develop strategies to accomplish established goals and the ability to identify areas within this role to keep the business healthy.
Key Accountabilities:
Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and suppliers Process vendor billings in an accurate and timely manner Establish efficient vendor payment routines Monitor accounts payable through decisive payment resolutions, documentation of vendor calls and communication of progress to management Close supervision of the accounts payable aging log Update management with any concerns and action plans to mitigate and/or remedy issues to keep supplier accounts current and open for use Process credit card and relevant receipts for timely recording and payment The ideal candidate will:
Have strong communication skills Possess a natural curiosity in wanting to understand how to constantly improve Embrace the assigned duties and be willing to assist others when needed Exhibit a positive can-do attitude Be of a mature and stable disposition with the ability to reason solutions for challenges Requirements:
At least five years in a high-volume transaction environment Well-practiced in working with a broad range of vendors and suppliers Experience with the following systems:
QuickBooks Online, Bill.
com, Expensify and other online portals/apps A background in system upgrades and transitions is preferred (not required) Benefits included upon eligibility:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
