We are looking for a full-time front desk staff member that will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the front desk and office, including but not limited to:
greeting patients, maintaining patient records, and scheduling patients.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Excellent customer-service skills Organized and ability to multitask Prior dental experience is preferred Knowledge is Eaglesoft preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
Responsibilities:
Check patients in and/or out Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPPA standards Speak with patients regarding general information, scheduling needs, and billing Call upon patients for rescheduling and schedule changes Collecting and reviewing accounts with patients
